Tim's Power Tips.
Power Tip
#1
For folks with a .Mac account: There's a neat way to see
how that account is doing and get a quick snapshot of how
all sorts of statistics on your account. It involves using
the multi-purpose Command-i keyboard shortcut. Command - i
in Finder does a Get Info and tells you about the file you
have selected. But what if you are in Mail? Then Command-i
gives you a statistical summary screen packed with
information about your .Mac account. Neat, look at all the
stuff Mail and .Mac are tracking for you!

Multiple Mail Accounts
Have you ever sent an email and had Mail tell you that
server is not available right now? Whew. That's one of
those annoying time-eaters, isn't it? But let's say you
list all your accounts in the folder tree on the left. The
one that you have selected is the one that Mail will use to
send mail!! Cool. Reduce the frustration.

Coming Attractions
In the future, Tim will give us a demonstartion of a Web
2.0 browser called Flock. Here's an appetizer: You know
we're all used to having a bookmark bar at the top of the
window, but in Flock, you can have several bookmark bars -
customize each for the different types of work you do on
your computer. It's like having Leopard's new Spaces for
your browser's bookmark bar. Flock is free, you can
download it. R U a Flicker fan? Flicker is built right into
Flock!
